1996, when RRB Systems International began operations, no one
could predict the unsteady and uncertain world climate that we
are now experiencing. When most industries suffer under the effects
of declining economies it is a hard fact of life that we see a
rise in security industry opportunities.
RRB
Systems, International began operations as Rapid Rotation Baton,
Inc. after company founder and President Roy Bedard was issued
a patent for his hybrid police baton which shares the corporate
name. After ten years of police work, Bedard formulated a business
strategy for the marketing of this flagship product which has
taken him around the world for presentations and training. The
Rapid Rotation Baton has been joined over the years by a unique
variety of new and innovative police products and training which
now compose the RRB Systems. Since 1996, Bedard has worked to
assemble a team of International experts who are available to
provide presentations, instruction, products and services to clients
seeking the latest and greatest products and training that this
industry has to offer.
In
2000, RRB Systems International launched an International program
known as the Global Policing Initiative, a model of democratic
policing methodology which considers law enforcement operations
from the perspective of human and civil rights concerns. This
model is a collection of police products, training and services
that are exported to governmental and private corporations through
contracted experts and consultants in law enforcement, corrections(prisons),
security and military operations.
We are now postured to operate out of the US, selling to our
established agents who can now handle sales within their respective
territories. A reduction in market development costs coupled with
realized sales is a positive indicator for future company strength.
